Cover Spotlight Monday: Reign of the Fallen by Sarah Glenn Marsh

Hey all! It's time for another Cover Spotlight Monday and this week I've chosen Reign of the Fallen by Sarah Glenn Marsh. I started this book yesterday and I'm loving it so far. Lots of emotions stored within an epic fantasy. As for the cover, well, take a look;

How gorgeous is that? The filigree skull and crown against the rose backdrop is stunning and looks more like a fashion ad than a book cover, but there's a lot more to it than just that.

I'm not that far in but it's obvious the skull relates to necromancy, as is the book's premise, but the ornate design makes me think it's much more linked to royalty and or the monarchy, which is an interesting mix that only serves to intrigue me. While the crown atop the skull, with the title itself, makes me wonder if there's going to be some sort of zombie revolution? Either way this cover certainly packs a punch, and brings any prospective readers to the proverbial table.

What are your thoughts on the cover? As always feel free to leave a comment below or @ me on Twitter!

Thanks for reading!
